NAT hides the VMs from the network, so you cannot access them from other systems. Although it is possible do configure port forwarding, I'm afraid you will not be able to get a DHCP lease. The only way would be to use bridged networking for the DHCP/DNS server , but this means it's on your local network and might cause trouble with an already existing DHCP server!?
